About Me

I graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a 2:1 BSc honours degree in Sport Science. I decided to continue my studies into the Sports Therapy field by completing the Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Sports Therapy with the Active Health Group, where I obtained a distinction.

Being able to help and advise people, whether involved in sport or not, who are suffering from an injury or any type of ache or pain by utilising the various treatment techniques involved in sports therapy is very personally rewarding and matches my personality to a tee.

I also work with Wroxham FC providing pre match and pitchside support; as well as working with ex Canaries legend Jeremy Goss to keep him injury free for his Back to Bayern challenge this August.

Using the knowledge I have obtained, and by continually updating and learning new skills and techniques, this will enable me to provide an outstanding and professional service to all my clients.
